I had to freeze the leftover ganache this morning to stop myself from eating it, and I'm taking the remaining lebkuchen to a coworker who had the misfortune to purchase crappy, dry ones at Bavarian Inn last weekend. The caloric madness is coming to an end. BTW, I made a huge, crazy-good tater tot casserole out of the leftover tots last week!

I really appreciate this great recipe that you have shared, I never tried baking for the last 5 years, and this recipe in new to me.
