A Few Good Things
--The travel agency booked the exact Northwest flights I requested for my mandatory California vacation. Direct flights out and back, and allowing me to spend up until 5pm with the family on May 6th.
--The sun is shining and it's 53 F outside
And:
I requested the head of the offending cigarette butt tosser. He said 'sure'. Even if I don't get it, I was told the matter would be taken care of.

Cool, thanks for delaying your flight out as late as possible. But don't wait until the very last second to leave either- make it as stress-free as possible.
I truly believe your basement will kick serious ass.
