Reminds me of Focaccia and Chicken Parmesan
Very good :)! It's actually puffball parmesan. We poached a big one from the woods by the side of a road, and our neighbors gave us two smaller ones. I was worried the big one wouldn't be good--but it was snow white all the way through, and therefore still quite edible.
