Lemon Rosemary Butter Cookies

I wanted a cookie to make for the LACASA Garden Tour Sunday, and thought a lemon-rosemary shortbread would hold up well in the heat, and be appropriate. I printed 3 or 4 recipes, unable to decide which one to use. This original recipe looked really good, and all I did was add some finely chopped/crushed rosemary. I'm glad I went with one using egg yolks--the dough was so easy to handle, and the yolk gives the final cookie a nicer golden color.
