--I have three sleeping fetus-position cats all within 3 feet of me on the couch.

--Very soon I will make coffee and get rid of this caffeine-deprivation headache.

--The TV is STILL telling us to buy expensive cars and put big red bows on them and give them to ones we love.

--I hope the owl that flew into our front door sidelight window is all right. A little after 2, I heard a light 'clunk' by the front door and the cats got all excited. I turned on the porch light, and sitting on our cedar roping was the most adorable little red screech owl. I got a really crappy pic of it. When I opened the door to get a better pic, it flew off into the night.
